> The Association of Friends of Bicentennial entitled "Bayonne 1814". Bayonne 1814 brings together supporters, scholars and history enthusiasts, as well as sponsors and business partners, in addition to all the other associations involved.

> The Organizing Committee. The Committee consists of a core with a strong interest in historical understanding, as Souvenir français and PeninsularWar 200, but also local officials, the Society of Sciences, Letters and Arts of Bayonne, the Basque Museum and of the history of Bayonne and the Association of Friends of the Basque Museum.

> A Scientific Committee : it consists of specialists in history, art history and military knowledge.
